I study how people and intelligent systems learn to work together.
I am a researcher working at the intersection of human–computer interaction and applied machine learning. My work combines interface design, system building, and empirical user studies to understand how people make sense of algorithmic systems in everyday practice.
I am currently applying to PhD programs and looking for advisors who care about building systems, studying them rigorously, and writing about them clearly.
